Highly Effective Home Remedies for Wrinkles

  1. Olive Oil – the health benefits of olive oil are unrivaled. Olive Oil is well known as great massage oil for the skin. It is a great source of antioxidants, like Vitamins A & E which can prevent skin from harmful effects and of course unwanted wrinkles.
  2. Using olive oil to massage the affected skin area will help moisturize and even regenerate skin cells. As it flows into the skin it provides protection and keeps it clean.
  3. Another way is to mix a few drops of olive oil, honey and glycerin. Massage the mixture into your skin twice a day to help eliminate dead cells.
  4. Fenugreek – This small crops leaves, seeds and even extracted oil works miraculously as an antidote for different skin problems which includes wrinkles.
  5. Drudge a handful of freshly picked leaves and make a thick paste like texture. Apply the mixture to your face before going bed and leave it overnight. Rinse it with warm water in the morning.
  6. You can also boil its seeds or apply fenugreek oil on your wrinkles and fine lines.
  7. Aloe Vera – this plant contains high malic acid which helps reduce wrinkles at the most by improving the elasticity of the skin.

  9. Another option is to mix up a teaspoon of aloe vera gel with a capsule full of granule vitamin E. Simply apply the mixture to areas where wrinkles are forming. Leave it on for half an hour then rinse it with warm water.
  10. Ginger – This root crop is a natural anti-wrinkle remedy due to its high antioxidant content. It helps constrain the breakdown of elastin, which is the main cause of wrinkles and fine lines.
  11. Eat a mixture of pinched grated ginger with a teaspoon of honey every morning.
  12. Another option is to drink ginger tea twice a day at most.
  13. Bananas – this fruit combats the causes of wrinkles and fin lines because of its high mineral and antioxidant.
  14. Mash up in a clean bowl two ripe bananas until thick paste. Simply apply the paste on the wrinkled areas. Leave it for at least half an hour then rinse it with warm water.
